Join United Way of Central Virginia at Lynchburg Regional Airport for our 6th Annual 5K on the Runway. This year, we’re taking it to new heights with a totally fly theme: TOP RUN.

We take flight on Saturday, April 25 at 5:00 PM, giving participants the rare opportunity to run where planes usually do. Spots are limited, so grab your wingmen, suit up, and register today!

The United Way 5K on the Runway is open to participants ages 8 and up who can complete a 5K in 60 minutes or less. The course is flat and fast, following the taxiway parallel to the main runway.

This is your chance to run the runway, buzz the tower, and see Lynchburg Regional Airport like never before, all while supporting your local community. This is one 5K you won’t want to miss! 🏁✈️
