The largest volunteer initiative in Central Virginia on one single day. United Way of Central Virginia will be celebrating its 29th Anniversary this year hosting Day of Caring. If you are an non-profit agency, submit projects you need completed by a group of volunteers on this day- May 11th. If you are interested in volunteering, connect with non-profits to complete a variety of different projects including; painting, landscaping, filing, building, fixing and creating.

Day of Caring is an all-day event from 9-5pm with a luncheon provided by Sodexo at the Bank of the James/Hillcats Stadium.

If you are a non-profit and haven't registered your needs, don't worry at all! You still have time to add those needs all the way up to the day before the event. And volunteers will continue to check back for new needs, so keep them coming.
